Holidays
During the holidays, your package may be delayed. Due to the busy nature of parcel services, we cannot guarantee next day delivery to your home. We are currently working with PostNL / DHL to deliver your order as soon as possible. It may be that the PostNL / DHL tracker indicates that they have not yet received the package, the reason for this may be that it is very busy at PostNL / DHL. It may therefore take a little longer. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
Who is the carrier?
If you have ordered on working days before 12.00h, your order will be delivered within 5-9 working days by PostNL / DHL. (Unless otherwise indicated)
Will the customer receive a track and trace code?
You will always receive a track & trace with your order. You will receive this by email as soon as the package is accepted by the parcel service.
What does the carrier do if the customer is not at home upon delivery?
Then the parcel service will deliver your package to the neighbors or to a PostNL / DHL point nearby. PostNL / DHL then leaves a card behind with a 'non-home code'. With this code you can see on track & trace where you can pick up your package. Good to know: PostNL / DHL keeps your package for one week at a PostNL / DHL point, then they bring it back to us.
What is the delivery time?
Parcels ordered on working days are delivered within 5 working days, with some exceptions to 9 days. This can be due to busyness of the parcel services.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are free by default. (Unless otherwise indicated on the product page)
