Where do you deliver and what are the delivery options?
We deliver worldwide using PostNL or DHL. Typically, you'll get your order within 5-9 days, but if it's going to take longer, we'll let you know on the product page.
The closer to Netherlands, the faster the delivery.
How is delivery performed?
Your order will be delivered by PostNL/ DHL. This means that the day before the agreed delivery date you will receive a track 'n trace from us with which you can track your package.
PostNL / DHL will then make a first attempt to deliver the package on the agreed delivery day.
If you are not at home they will try to deliver it to the neighbors.
If this also fails they will take the package back to the nearest parcel point where you can pick up the package within 7 days. PostNL/ DHL will in this case leave a note in the app or by email.
I haven't received a Track & Trace email, now what?
On the day we ship your order, we normally send you an email with a Track & Trace code.This email is sent no later than midnight. Have you not received this email? Please follow the steps below:
Check your spam box: Sometimes our emails accidentally end up in the spam or junk folder.
Check your other folders: Depending on your email settings, the email may have ended up in other folders such as 'Promotions' or 'Social'.
If you still can't find the email, please contact our customer service team. We will make sure you still receive your Track & Trace code.
Can I also pick up my order?

I did not receive my package, now what?
This is, of course, very annoying. No worries, we are happy to help you. First follow these steps to solve the problem:
1. Check the Track & Trace code
In the shipping confirmation you received from us, you will find a Track & Trace code. With this code you can check if the delivery time has changed.
2. Check your delivery address
Check if the delivery address you entered is correct.
3. Check your carrier's app
Your package may have been delivered to your neighbors or the delivery driver may have scheduled a new delivery time.
4. Ask your neighbors
Sometimes a neighbor will accept the package without being clearly indicated by the delivery driver. So check with your neighbors if they have accepted the package.
Have you gone through all these steps and your package is still not there? Please contact our customer service. We will find out for you.
Can I provide instructions on delivery?
PostNL / DHL
Sorry, we cannot pass on instructions to our delivery services. You can of course leave a bill on the door for the deliverer.
However, we cannot guarantee that the driver will follow the instructions. If the package gets lost, the responsibility lies with the deliverer.
