Can I return my products?
Yes, you have the right to return your purchases under certain conditions. We have a 14-day cooling-off period, which begins on the day you receive the last product from your order. Within this period you must initiate the return process.
Your product can be returned if the following conditions are met:
- The item is returned within the period of 14 days after receipt.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- The item is undamaged.
Products that cannot be returned:
- Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal is broken.
- Products that are personalized.
Partial refund:
Your purchase price will not be fully refunded in the following cases, among others:
- The item shows user damage.
- The original packaging is missing.
You are only liable for depreciation of the goods that is the result of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
How do I return my items?
If you wish to cancel your order (and thus dissolve the agreement with us) it would be nice if you repackage the received items as they arrived. So please use our shipping box for this purpose.
In case our shipping box is already in the scrap paper bin, returning them in their own box is at your own risk.
You can easily drop off your package(s) at the nearest DHL / PostNL location in your area. This is completely free of charge as long as you contact us first! We will then give you the instructions you need for the return process.
Would you like to ship with another carrier? That is also possible, but the costs are for your own account. We also ask that you contact us first before returning the package.
How do I know if you have received my return?
Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Returns usually take up to 14 business days to process from the time you return the package.
Important Advice:
It is strongly recommended that you keep the tracking code of your return shipment safe. This is your proof of shipment and can be useful in case the package is lost or delayed. This is because the return is at your own responsibility and risk until we have received and processed the package.
With the tracking code, you can track the status and location of your return package yourself, and have evidence should anything go wrong.
By carefully handling the proof of shipment and tracking code, you minimize the risk of problems during the return process.
When will I get my money back if I cancel my order?
We will refund the full purchase price, including any transaction fees and/or return postage costs, as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days after revocation.
We will refund you using the same means of payment that you used to make the original transaction.
We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have proven that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
