Find the product you want to buy and put it in your digital shopping cart by clicking the “add” button.Want to continue shopping? Go ahead! Want to checkout? Then click on the shopping cart at the top right.

Step 2: Check cart

Control the contents of your cart. If everything is correct, click on the 'checkout' button.

Step 3: Login or enter details

If you are not logged in yet, you will now be given the option to do so by clicking on 'Login'.Not a customer yet? No problem, you can just proceed to checkout by filling in your details.

Step 4: Checkout

Choose a payment method, check one more time if everything is correct and then click 'Pay now' to checkout.

Usually you will receive a confirmation e-mail within a few minutes to let you know that your order was successful. However, it is possible that this email ended up in your spam box. If you have an account with us, you can also log in there to check the status of your order.

Yes! You can change the delivery address yourself to the address of your loved one, grandmother, neighbor or teacher. You can do this in the first step of the ordering process. We do need your email address so that the lucky one does not receive the order confirmation. Of course it would be a shame if the surprise is spoiled by our emails.

Yes, all prices on our website include 21% VAT.

No, these will only be sent to you by mail because we want to minimize our impact on the environment. And, of course, if the order is a gift you don't want the lucky recipient to receive the gift with the invoice attached!

No, to protect your data it is not possible to change a placed order. If your order has not been shipped yet, you do have the possibility to cancel it.
